By default, everyone will get notified by email once any member posts or comments in the feed.
This makes it easy to keep up with what's happening in the community without navigating away from email.
However, if you want to limit the emails you receive, you can adjust your email frequency by following the steps below:
Personalize your email notifications from the community
1. Click on the 'Settings' tab on the top right hand corner of the lounge page:
2. Then click on 'Email Settings' and toggle the 'General Preferences' to receive emails to the frequency of your liking. If you do not want to receive any emails from the community, but still want to continue accessing the group, you can tick the 'Turn off all email notifications' box on the top of the Settings menu:

If you no longer want to be a part of Automation Pros, you can leave the group
1. Go to the drop down arrow at the top of the screen and click 'Leave Group':
2. You can alternatively 'Close Account' in the 'Account Settings' of your personal settings to leave all communities on mobilize:
