Anyone update the Graph API sdk so that the mail message action allows for file attachment inputs?

I've sifted through the Graph API dev docs but it doesn't seem to be as straightforward as I was hoping.  Here's where I was looking: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/post-post-attachments?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

The outlook connector allows for this natively so I know it's possible but not sure how to update the sdk on the graph api connector to get this same setup/experience as the outlook connector provides.
