Hi,
We are receiving an error while trying to test the recipe. It states that our trial has expired. However, we are on an enterprise plan with a billing cycle of one year, which means it will expire in October 2025. How can we still encounter this type of error?

Even though your current plan is valid until October 28, 2025, may be your organization has exceeded the allowed Task count.
Navigate to Operation Hubs โ Dashboard and check the right side of the page for detailed insights. (Screenshot added for your reference)

Your plan is for a year, but you might have consumed the monthly limit.
Your Admin can check the usage, and it will reload the tasks by the date shown in the dashboard.
