Having problems downloading attachments from salesforce

Hi everyone. I am trying to download attachments from a salesforce case. But I keep getting error 404. The ID I use is from the combine attachment datapill id datapill.

That link from salesforce says it's specific to items created prior to 2019 as far as I can tell.


I don't have problems downloading Files attachements. datapil Combined attachements->files->id


Also I'm using Files rather than Notes and Attachments in salesforce, so if you are using the older Notes/Attachments method I haven't tried it.


Could be a permissions issue on you're connection user.
