Invalid Reference Error

I am trying to create a customer in netsuite from salesforce. There is a field called as parent. I am getting the below error i am not understanding why does is it say parent reference 0. What does this error mean?The error while creationThe field that i have mapped while creating a child record

Hi @Krishnajaju ,
Please kindly cross verify again if you are mapping parent internal id  or not? whether you receive only one record from Salesforce? or more than one?

Only one record in salesforce and i am mapping internal id created during parent record creation still it give the error

Hi @Krishnajaju ,
As we discussed please try to do first Upserting operation instead of insertion (at step  8 then, take the reference of parent internal id while creating child customer in the step 17 ( i.e. in the attached screenshot) .

Please do the changes accordingly.
