I am working on working on automating sales from Lightspeed R-Series into Trackvia. I am running into an issue with the connector where some products, when pulled from lightspeed, have different Item ID's than what they should be in lightspeed. Specifically they seem to be off by 2 consistently, but its not happening on all products and its unclear why thats happening. For example. when I run a test sale with product NAT1132 from Lightspeed, the System ID is 210000015378, but the connector pulls the Item ID as 15376. I understand that the system ID is not exact but I cannot find system ID in the connector, nor can I pull Item ID from the product within lightspeed. So I am kind of stuck on how to determine why it's different. Anyone run into this issue or one similiar with advice on where to look? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Alex,
Were you able to replicate the same using postman.
I assume you are using lightspeed API using HTTP connection.
