Connector Triggers Condition not working propably

Hey guys how are you doing?

I got the the problem somehow that sometimes a new event is not triggerd. I have the connector two times in a recipe. 
One with trigger condition and one without. Where the trigger conditions are is sometimes an event missing althoug the conditions are all given. And i got the the event without the trigger conditions. 
Have someone similiar experience with trigger conditions?
Is it better to use the trigger without conditions and add as first step a if with the conditions?

Can you provide more details of the issue. Which connector are you using and what conditions.
Purpose of using same connection twice in the recipe.

It is the Personio Connection from Workato

We have there 6 conditions in the trigger and altough the employee wich is updated and has then all conditions set is not procceed then. We have a field name "Geburtstag" in the condition and today I have seen in the raw json is this field with an other name there "dynamic_3974725" could be this an issue?

Also when we use the trigger without condition it looks like to work normaly it fetch the employee and when i set the condition all in a if step it can also normaly work further.

Please verify the following checks:

1. Logical OR vs. Logical AND: Are you using Logical OR or Logical AND in your condition?

   • If Logical OR is used, the recipe will proceed to the action part if any of the conditions are met.

2. As @Prudvi  suggested, try enabling the first condition to check if it works, then proceed by enabling the second condition. Ensure that you are checking the correct logical operation (Logical OR or Logical AND).

3. For more insights, could you kindly share a screenshot that illustrates your conditions?

Hi @DKWorkatoUser,
That can be a possible solution. You can once again verify your conditions with proper datapill.
You can try enabling 1st condition and see if its working, then enable 2nd condition and so on.
If any condition fails, try to compare the data and you can correct them.
