Creating a connector for on-prem group

I can't find any documentation about creating a connector that works with on-prem groups.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you.  I now have the Connection Type drop down on my connector and can select the On Prem group for my laptop.  The connection works as I can connect via the SQL Server connector.  However, I can't get my connector to connect to a web application on localhost.  I get 404 not found for some reason.  You don't get the same debug info with the connection as you do when testing an action, so I'm un able to see where it is going wrong.
