Error: Trial expired

Hi,

We are receiving an error while trying to test the recipe. It states that our trial has expired. However, we are on an enterprise plan with a billing cycle of one year, which means it will expire in October 2025. How can we still encounter this type of error?

Hi @MangeshD ,

Even though your current plan is valid until October 28, 2025, may be your organization has exceeded the allowed Task count.
 Navigate to Operation Hubs → Dashboard and check the right side of the page for detailed insights. (Screenshot added for your reference)

Your plan is for a year, but you might have consumed the monthly limit.
 Your Admin can check the usage, and it will reload the tasks by the date shown in the dashboard.
