Hey pros, I'm creating a recipe that sends a new email to our clients when a new appointment is booked, but I'm having issues with the field "From" I'm receiving the mail with a different name, "analytics"; I changed the "send mail as" in the Gmail account too, but it's still not working.
When I send an email directly from the mailbox, it shows the correct name. Attached you can find screenshots about my issue.

I'm not sure but please try specifying like 'CIENCE Appointment <cience@gmail.com>'

You can understand better by seeing the explanation given under the 'From' field in the screenshot. Mail Format is specified.
