Having problems downloading attachments from salesforce

Hi everyone. I am trying to download attachments from a salesforce case. But I keep getting error 404. The ID I use is from the combine attachment datapill id datapill.

Hi, just like Joe said, attachments does not work. Problem solved with using the files method. Thanks by the way.
